As CrossFit Stone Wall, we take your fitness goals seriously. Also, we understand that life is busy and working around a busy schedule can be challenging. That’s why we offer multiple class times as well as personal training. 

Our goal is to help you overcome the obstacles or challenges that have been holding you back from living your best life in order to live and maintain a fit and healthy life.

Crossfit Level 1 CERTIFIED

12 year experience as personal/ group instructor

I love spending  time with my beautiful wife (Amy) of 12 years and 3 awesome boy (Colton, Levi, and Tucker).

I had been a personal trainer for 8 years when I went to my first CrossFit class. I thought I was in pretty good shape, but CrossFit challenged me in a way I hadn’t been challenged again. I love the challenge of the workouts that CrossFit provides and even more I love the community and the friendships that I’ve built over the years because of CrossFit.
